We are looking for a software engineer to build the connections between Partnify and the tools our users already work with.
Zwolle | € 3,250 - € 4,250 gross per month
About Partnify
Partnify builds a B2B platform that lets companies, agencies and freelancers work together across organisational boundaries: collabs, communication, documents and agreements in one place, reinforced by PAI, our own AI agent. Our development department is around 12 people, split across three teams: Core, Integrations and AI. We are a growing product company with a close-knit team in Zwolle. That means short lines, a lot of ownership, and the impact of what you build being visible straight away.
What will you do?
As a Software Engineer in the Integrations team you build the connections that link Partnify to the tools our users already work with every day. Together with experienced colleagues you pick up user stories from design through to production. You write code, you review and get reviewed, and you see your work live with real users within days. You will mainly work on:
- Building integrations. Backend services in .NET for connections with Confluence and SharePoint, among others. You think through how to pull data out of an external system, process it inside Partnify, and send it back accurately.
- Managing third-party platforms. You manage and configure integrations through platforms such as Zapier and Make.com, so users can connect their own tools without custom work.
- MCP and AI connections. You help manage MCP (Model Context Protocol), so that AI functionality gets safe, structured access to external systems.
- Working with the AI team. You think along about the agent-to-agent protocol that PAI and other agents use to communicate with each other and with external systems.
- Cloud infrastructure. Google Cloud Platform with Cloud Run, Cloud SQL and full CI/CD, to run and monitor the integrations you build.
You don't need to be able to do all of this already. You start where your foundation is and build out from there.
Who are we looking for?
- Education or experience. A completed degree in software engineering at university or university of applied sciences, or comparable demonstrable experience, for example through internships or your own projects.
- Technical foundation. You know the basics of web development and have experience with at least one modern programming language, such as C#, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Eager to learn. You ask for help in good time and are willing to figure things out yourself.
- Communication. You communicate easily in Dutch and can read and write technical documentation in English.
- From business problem to solution. You can translate a question from a user or colleague into a fitting technical solution, and you explain your choices in a way people without a technical background understand.
- Team player. You like working together, you ask for and give feedback, and you help colleagues along when they need it.
- Ownership. You feel responsible for what you deliver, you think along about the why behind an integration, and you speak up when something can be better.
Experience with .NET, Confluence or SharePoint integrations, or Google Cloud is a nice bonus, but not a requirement.
What do we offer?
- Full time with a fitting salary. A 40-hour job with a salary of €3,250 to €4,250 gross per month, matching your experience.
- A serious onboarding. A dedicated buddy and room to learn during working hours.
- Quality as the standard. A modern stack and a team that cares about quality: code reviews, CI/CD and automated tests are a given here.
- AI-supported development. You work with Claude as a programming aid every day, so you learn faster and keep more time for the real thinking.
- Hybrid working. An easy-to-reach office at Dokter Spanjaardweg 19A in Zwolle, with room to work from home part of the week.
- Room to grow. A company that is growing itself: what you learn today, you apply tomorrow.
