From today, any user can go to the Integrations tab in a project, create an API, and use it to send updates into that project from an external system.
Concretely, this means:
Whether you’re using a custom script, or tools like Make or n8n, you can start integrating right away. The first available endpoint focuses on one thing: posting feed items into a project bringing external updates into the Partnify feed.
Until now, getting information into Partnify required someone to actively share it. With the API key, Partnify opens up. External systems can now contribute to what is visible inside a collaboration. That means information can gradually be brought in more automatically, instead of manually.
In practice:
Not by replacing existing tools but by allowing them to contribute to the shared picture.
Every company already has its own stack. Different tools. Different workflows. Different ways of working.
The API allows those systems to feed into Partnify, without requiring you to change how you work internally. You can connect what you already use to Partnify, on your terms.
1. Go to your project in Partnify
2. Open the Integrations tab
3. Generate your API
4. Use the documentation to start sending updates
From there, you can decide how far you want to take it from simple automations to fully integrated workflows.
The API is not about adding complexity. It’s about removing friction between systems. So your collaboration reflects what’s actually happening without extra work to keep it updated.
