Partnify raises €1,8 million
Partnify, the fast-growing business platform that simplifies multi-company collaboration, has raised €1.8 million in fresh funding. The investment round was led by French venture capital firm Hi Inov, and joined by Rabobank, Inovexus, MaasInvest, and several angel investors. With this capital, Partnify will expand its team, accelerate international growth, and further develop PAI — a new AI layer designed to fundamentally improve how companies work together.
Streamlined collaboration for modern SMEs
Small and medium-sized businesses increasingly rely on external partners, agencies, and freelancers. But the combination of multiple tools and fragmented communication quickly leads to inefficiency and confusion. Partnify solves this by centralizing all project-related communication, documentation, agreements, and workflows in one scalable cloud environment.
Since early 2024, the number of companies using the platform has grown from 200 to more than 3,200. “On average, 80% of a company’s revenue comes from existing customers and partners,” says Jens Visser, CEO and co-founder of Partnify. “Yet the information behind those collaborations is often scattered across inboxes and systems. Partnify helps businesses unlock the full value of their partnerships. This investment allows us to apply AI in a practical way — not just to manage collaboration, but to improve it.”
PAI: AI that thinks ahead
A significant portion of the funding will be used to build PAI, Partnify’s new AI technology layer. PAI analyzes project data, communication, and team activity to generate insights, automate workflows, and identify risks early — such as misaligned goals, delays, or unclear responsibilities.
The AI also provides tailored recommendations to help teams take the right next steps, leading to smoother, more coordinated collaboration.
Expanding Across Europe
Partnify is also accelerating its international expansion, with a focus on developing new business communities in Germany, France, Belgium, and Sweden.

Investor confidence continues to grow: nearly all angel investors from the first round in 2024 have reinvested.
