Simpler onboarding, smarter collaboration

Over the past months, we’ve been focused on making Partnify simpler and easier to use. Our goal remains the same: helping users quickly experience the value of structured collaboration within Partnify.

That is why much of our focus has gone into improving onboarding, guiding users through projects and making collaboration with partners more intuitive.

An improved onboarding experience

We’ve further improved the onboarding experience so new users can understand the platform faster and get started more independently. This makes it easier to set up your first collaboration and quickly discover how Partnify helps structure your projects.

A new project flow

We’ve added a new project flow that helps users take the first steps inside their project more easily.

After creating a project, users receive clearer guidance on what to do next. This makes it easier to get started, add the right information and prepare the collaboration with partners.

We also improved the partner invitation process, so inviting external collaborators into a project feels simpler and more guided.

Product updates: project statuses and integrations

We’ve added new project statuses to give users more clarity about the stage of a project, from preparation to completion. This helps teams better understand where a collaboration stands and what still needs to happen.

In addition, we introduced new integration possibilities. Users can now more easily send updates from other tools into Partnify, allowing important information to automatically flow into projects. Think of notes, updates or results from external systems that become directly visible within your collaboration environment.

What we’re working on next

We continuously keep improving Partnify based on how users collaborate on the platform. For example, PAI is already faster and more responsive than before, helping users work more smoothly within their projects. Over the coming period, our focus will include improving and redesigning the chat experience within Partnify. This includes:

● Direct chats between users

● Chats within projects

● Subgroups and group chats within collaborations

We’re also continuing to expand PAI’s capabilities. Currently, we’re exploring ways for PAI to better support daily workflows, such as recognizing tasks and eventually helping users create to-do’s automatically.

Step by step, we continue building a platform that makes collaboration between organizations simpler, clearer and smarter.
